The Vedic meditation course is taught over 4 consecutive days.

Day ONE is a private session (75 mins)

Days TWO - FOUR are group sessions (2 hours).

Is this for me?

This is a comprehensive  ‘learn to meditate’ course for all ranges of experience. If you’re looking to learn from an expertly trained teacher with over 15 years of meditation experience, receive personal instruction and have free lifetime support, then this is for you. This course is definitely not a drop-in meditation class and there are no guided meditations, meditation apps or online programs. I’m here to teach you to become a self-sufficient meditator and support you in your journey of becoming less stressed and more free.
