COURSE STRUCTURE
The Effortless Transcendence course is taught in 4 x 2 hour sessions. It is taught over 4 consecutive days with session times available both in the mornings and evenings.
Simply choose the 2 hour session time each day that suits you best!

SESSION ONE: Experience Transcendence
You will receive your mantra (mind vehicle), personalised instruction and experience straight away how to effortlessly enter the meditative state.

SESSION TWO: Practicalities and mechanics
Understand the mechanics of the most effortless form of meditation and how the mind spontaneously falls into transcendence.
Learn how to master the practice without any strain. Receive personalised instruction for integrating meditation into your daily life (no matter how busy).
We will have plenty time for questions and then meditate together.

SESSION THREE: Stress + Neurophysiology
Understand the neurophysiology of stress.
Discover how the whole body changes with Vedic meditation and how this practice supports sleep, cognitive and immune function, resilience, mood, creativity + chronic stress related conditions.
We will have more time for questions and then meditate together.

SESSION FOUR: Future milestones + bonus tools
Understand your current and future states of consciousness and the upcoming milestones you will experience as you continue your practice - like greater present moment awareness and deeper more meaningful relationships.
Learn some “eyes open” practices for moments of acute stress.
We will have time for any lingering questions and then meditate together.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Once you take the course, you will have free support in the form of weekly group meditation classes.
Have a space to come and ask any questions that arise about your practice, be held in your meditation and connect with community.

Is this for me?
This is a comprehensive ‘learn to meditate’ course for all ranges of experience. If you’re looking to learn from an expertly trained teacher with over 15 years of meditation experience, receive personal instruction and have free lifetime support, then this is for you. This course is definitely not a drop-in meditation class and there are no guided meditations or meditation apps. I’m here to teach you to become a self-sufficient meditator and support you in your journey of becoming less stressed and more alive.
