4 WEEKS

BODY + MIND ALIGNMENT COURSE

 

  • Use the breath to harmonise the brain and balance the nervous system

  • Witness the mind's mechanics to begin using this greater awareness to your advantage

  • Learn how to choose your thoughts

  • Untangle judgement + negative self-talk

There is no quick fix for deep transformation.

This is an entire system tailored to YOU and your specific goals, weaving in mindset and bodywork to integrate what you are learning mentally with your body’s memory.

 

While people can see counsellors for YEARS… the idea of this program is to give your BODY a chance to integrate what you’re learning on a MINDSET level.

You need to see and live the wisdom.

In addition to updating your mindset and being held through the process of transformation, you will learn practical self-regulation skills, how to self-soothe, understand your mind and how to actually implement change.

As you move and update, our sessions will adapt to meet where you’re at.
